We accept PayPal payments for our online courses. By choosing to pay with PayPal, you agree to the PayPal Terms of Service. We do not store any of your PayPal account information on our servers. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. Once the payment is confirmed by PayPal, you will be given access to the course.

Credit Card Payment Policy:

We accept credit card payments through Stripe for our online courses. By choosing to pay with a credit card, you agree to the Stripe Terms of Service. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers. Your payment information is securely transmitted to Stripe for processing. Once the payment is confirmed by Stripe, you will be given access to the course.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our video courses. That's why we offer a 14-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and show that you have attempted to engage with the course material. This means that you have watched at least 50% of the course content.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7 - 10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that it is fraudulent or if the request violates our terms of service.

Payment Disputes:

If you dispute a payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the course until the dispute is resolved. We will work with PayPal or Stripe to resolve the dispute and may provide them with any relevant information to assist in their investigation.
