Buddhas Eyes, Monkey Temple Kathmandu

A spirutual bedtime story

In today’s episode, we will visit the Monkey Temple again, this time to learn about the characteristic eyes on the Stupa. And we’ll be doing a third eye meditation that helps to promote calm and relaxation.

The third eye is a mystical concept that is believed to be a part of our energy body, located in the forehead between the two physical eyes. It is often associated with spiritual awakening, intuition, and psychic abilities. In some cultures, it is also believed to be the seat of the soul and the center of consciousness. The third eye is often depicted as a symbol of inner wisdom, insight, and enlightenment, and is commonly referenced in spiritual practices such as yoga and meditation.
